General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions describe the use and purchase through the online shop Crossplus.si, which is accessible at https://crossplus.si/ and is operated by Martin Vehovar s.p.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to the entire website, all its components and subpages. By using the website, the user accepts and agrees to all the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, including all links as integral parts thereof. The Terms and Conditions are drawn up in compliance with all legal obligations and international e-commerce guidelines, which are also represented by the Consumer Federation of Slovenia.

The provider undertakes to provide the following information to the buyer:
- the identity of the company (the name and registered office of the undertaking, registration number),
- contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (phone, e-mail),
- the terms of delivery of the items (method, place and date of delivery),
- method of payment and delivery,
- the time validity of the offer,
- the main characteristics of the goods (including guarantees),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously determined and it must be shown whether they already include taxes and delivery costs,
- an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person.
All prices on the website are in Euro (EUR) and are final. All prices on the website are subject to change without notice.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms receipt of the order by sending an e-mail to the buyer’s e-mail address. From that moment on, all prices and other terms and conditions are binding for both the provider and the buyer.
You do not need to register to place an order in the online shop. To make a purchase, you must fill in the correct details when you place your order.
The order of goods is considered as confirmation of the purchase contract. After completing the order process, the buyer will receive the order details to the e-mail address provided (if you have not received an e-mail notification, please check your spam folder).
In case you may have ordered goods that, for unforeseeable reasons, we are unable to dispatch within the promised delivery time, we will inform you of the new delivery time via the contact details provided.
The website provides the buyer with all the information about his/her rights and information about the provider.
After placing an order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. The notification contains a summary of the order and all the necessary information for the buyer on how to proceed with the purchase.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour exclusively by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following information must be included in the e-mail:
- In the subject of the e-mail: Order cancellation
- In the body of the e-mail:
- Name and surname of the buyer
- Address of the buyer
- Order number
If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further.
Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
Consumers who purchase an item on the website https://crossplus.si/ have the right to notify the company within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) that they wish to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason for their decision. A message is considered to be on time if it is sent within the deadline. The cost to the consumer of withdrawing from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The latter must be returned to the company no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawing from the contract.
The conditions for returning the goods are:
– The product must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and in its original packaging.
– A copy of the invoice must be included in your returning packaging.
You cannot return the goods in the following cases: If the goods are ordered by a legal or natural person engaged in a gainful activity, regardless of its legal form or ownership, it is not subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on the conclusion of distance contracts. If the item is damaged or used.
The seller shall return the payments received to the consumer within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same means of payment as used by the consumer (Paypal, bank account, credit card).
The buyer shall notify us of the intended return within 14 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail to email@example.com.
All costs related to the return of the products are to be paid by the buyer. We do NOT accept returns for a refund.
We are not liable for any costs incurred as a result of conduct outside the Terms and Conditions.
The buyers can pay for goods ordered from the online shop in the following ways:
- Payment by invoice: for payment by invoice, please contact us.
You can pay your invoice via any online bank or by paying a bill at the post office or bank. The goods will be dispatched when your payment is registered in our bank account. When paying from abroad, it can take 1-3 days for the payment to be received.
- Payment via Paypal.
- Payment via Stripe (CREDIT CARDS).
Delivery of goods
The goods are delivered to the address indicated during the order placement. Make sure you provide us with a correct delivery address that does not contain any errors You should give us a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the receipt of the package. When ordering on our e-shop, please make sure you give us your proper phone number. It is helpful for the delivery service to contact you if there’s a problem with the delivery, or if they cannot find your address.
Shipment of goods
The goods in our assortment are sent by such courier companies as GLS, DHL EX, DPD or FEDEX EXP, Postal Service. The delivery time is 1-8 days for expedited shipping or 7-21 days for standard shipping depending on the country you choose.
We offer STANDARD and EXPEDITE SHIPPING in our on–line shop. Please contact us if you want other shipping possibility.
The goods are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not send the goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
If you have chosen bank payment, then the product is sent after the payment has been credited to our account.
After sending the goods, our system should send you all the information, including the Tracking number (if provided) to the e-mail address given when placing the order. If you have missed our e-mail please check SPAM folder.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the end of the purchase process, just before you pay, once you have selected the destination country and based on the weight and volume of your order.
We usually dispatch goods ordered during weekdays within 1-2 days. During public holidays and weekends, the delivery period will be extended accordingly. The delivery period is also extended in the event of an unusual condition.
Acceptance of delivery
Please check your products immediately after receiving the delivery to make sure they haven’t been damaged in transport. If any damage is visible upon arrival, you have the right to refuse and ask to have it returned to us.
Security of personal data
The provider undertakes to keep all personal data of the user secure at all times.
The provider stores the IP addresses of all users indefinitely, and for registered members: first and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and an archive of communications with the provider.
The provider will use the personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, quotes, invoices) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will user data be passed on to unauthorized persons. It is the user’s responsibility as well to protect their personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password and by using appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect their computer.
The provider shall use its best endeavors to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order or replace the ordered item.
The provider has the option to withdraw from the contract with the customer only if an obvious defect is established (Art. 46 of Obligations Code). An obvious defect shall be defined as a material defect in the essential characteristics of the subject-matter and any mistake which, according to the custom of the trade or the intention of the parties, is considered to be decisive and which, if the provider had known, he would not have accepted or concluded the contract. This also includes obvious pricing errors.
The provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner, for any reason and without prior notice.
